Leinie, the Barking Dog

Meet Leinenkugel, the barking dog. He’s the original inspiration behind my first batch of beer and many others since. I’m not the best at following recipes and Leinie isn’t the best at keeping his yapper shut or his nose out of the grist, so we make a dysfunctionally great team in the brewhouse (garage).

My name is Grant and I brew beer at home here in South Minneapolis. I think it would be cool to be a brewer by profession someday, but this is coming from the same guy who casually wants to be a rock star. Similar pursuits with regard to attainability? Maybe.
